Low Feedback

Has anyone noticed that there are so many buyer's on ebay with low feedback scores? I haven't seen but one with a score of over 100 in quite some time.

I usually place something like-if you have feedback lower than 100, please contact me prior to bidding to discuss alternate payment than paypal-

I think I'm going to have to lower that number substantially...
