You can also use the clear pouches to put the printed sheet into. UPS provides the clear pouches for free (they also supply the label sheets for free). The USPS may also have free clear pouches too.

Me, I prefer the sticky label. The overhead cost isn't that great. I don't consider $20 or so for 400 labels much of an overhead.
