I just reviewed your Auctiva account and verified that all of your active eBay listings are currently displayed on your Auctiva Active Listings page and that a selection of 16 of them are being displayed in your scrolling gallery as should be the case.
Therefore, it appears that this issue has either since been resolved or that the sample of your listings I viewed did not contain any that exhibit the problem.
If you are still experiencing this problem, I suspect that the listings in question may have a scrolling gallery in them that is linked to a different Auctiva account than your eBay account is linked to now. If that is the case, there is a revision you could make to correct the problem.
