NEED AN ANSWER - PLEASE READ

I am looking for feedback on AUCTIVA COMMERCE, So far I am far from impressed with the customer service support and the resolution on problems, I have had a problem for well over 24 hours, My categories are showing on the web site, but not in the dashboard, I am new and have spent 2 hours again tonight trying to work on this, NOW once again I AM DOWN and cannot work on our new site. THE PROBLEM is still not resolved. It seems like they dont have enough staff to deal with the issues or just dont care. truthfully the whole thing seems halfed A__. I love the features, but if they cannot solve their own problems, then what good is it. we took our old site down with well over 10,000 products on it, to move over here., and it has been nothing but a waste of time and money. Does anyone have any feedback, Is their a customer service support number where you dont get an answering machine. HELP HELP HELP !1
