Need help on Relisting, Please

Is there anyway to know what needs to be relisted on Auctiva. If I click on the closed item it takes me back to Ebay and I can't do any edits to use my new Auctiva format.
I am confused, because, I was able to edit some of these when they were active (I think). I believe I did this on some items that were not selling and then I just scheduled them to resend on the day after they closed. Don't understand why I can't edit the saved closed imported listings the same way. I hate to ask if I am nuts, because you should never ask a question that you won't like the answer to. Could some one talk to me like I am a 3 year old and explain a simple method for relisting and keeping it organized
