While you can certainly customize a template from our existing templates or upload your own custom template to use with your listings, it sounds like you actually want to make use of the Profiles tools in your Auctiva account.

There are several types of profile you can make to make your listing creation process smoother and easier for you. We have tutorials available on the site that let you know how to create and use them. Please see: https://www.auctiva.com/help/f...al-intro-to-profiles
