I'm no professional, but I'll try to help.
I use FrontPage for tough jobs like that. You may already have it on your computer if you have Microsoft Office.
You will need to make a table with 3 rows and 3 columns then adjust them to the size you want each cell. You will add a background picture or color to the outer cells and that'll create a wrap-around template with a space (cell) in the center to put your description. Good luck!!
