I agree, it appears to be a canned answer. What seems inconsistent about it is, it's not specific to the question asked unless it is taken in context to the possible outcome if nothing is done.

You need to read the policies on suspension and accounts in same household, etc. There are so many cases of innocent spouse, et. al. having accounts suspended it's only prudent to think the problem to that possible conclusion. It's what made me step back and rethink that seemingly disconnected (bot joke) answer.
