Sounds typically consistent to me, I always seem to get off target answers coupled to 75%+ canned tripe from eBay or PayPal whenever I have had the misfortune to need to contact them.

Curious I get even worse from my ISP, Tiscali with a ratio of 10 / 90% and even worse from my bank so according to my experience they don't seem to be much more incompetant than any other on-line may your chosen god help you service. Wink
