Go to the top of your page to the tool bar.
It might have File, Edit, View, Favorites, "TOOLS", Help. Click on Tools & if compatibility view is has a check mark, uncheck it and your page should automatically refresh.

Then go & try to upload some pictures and see what happens. This really did work for me.
