We are not aware of any issues on our end that would cause such a difficulty using our standard templates, however, there is a known issue with the supersize images that matches the description you have provided if you are using a custom template. Our engineers are aware of the issue and are seeking a solution.

If you are not using a custom template, please file a support case as soon as you are able so we can have a look into it. Please let us know a few example listings where you have run into this issue in the support case and our support team will be happy to have a look into it.
