Reply to "Nothing will list!"

Hi,
I am having the same problem.
For two days now I have been trying to put save new listings,edit and save listings or just to simply post listings.
I can not do anything!I keep getting this message
"An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues."
I cant find how to file a support case and the FAQ doesn't address this.
Auctiva please help us.Whats going on?
