Thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. I do not know of anything that would explain the precise issue you described currently, but we did update some of our saved eBay data around the time to resolve another issue so I suspect the the behavior you described was related to the update.
However, I reviewed the support case you filed on this subject a moment ago and noticed that the Item Condition option was not showing up during the Bulk Relist process for some of your items and I have forwarded the details of that to our technical team for further investigation.
