only 3 out of 8 pictures showing in store window

hi, i've just uploaded 7 new ads to ebay and only 2 of the new ads are showing in the auctiva store window, besides an existing one uploaded yesterday. has anyone got any idea what is going on?

ive emailed the help desk as live chat isn't available. all help welcome; i really like everything else about the auctiva site and this is REALLY frustrating!
