Reply to "Problem Testing Custom Email Template"

Hi dlh3420,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I am not aware of any current technical issues that would cause the "Send Test Email" button on the Winning Bidder editor page not to work, but that option does display a confirmation message in a pop-up window, so perhaps you have a pop-up blocker enabled on your browser that is preventing it from functioning correctly.

Assuming the option is not working because a pop-up blocker is preventing the confirmation message from being displayed, you should see a message somewhere along the top or bottom of your browser indicating that a pop-up is being blocked and you should be presented with the option to allow it.

If you do not see anything of that nature when you try again, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team directly from under the "Help" tab within your account and we will be happy to continue working with you on this.
