Reply to "Purchased custom templates from someone else."

Well same thing is happening to me..this is a nice cutomized template I bought but I tried to put it in the 'curtomized' template area but description and images are still outside the template not within.

I can do it in wordpad with an external image host..but I like auctiva and wantd to use it here.

Can anyone out there help us?? Please....
