Thanks for contacting us regarding this. In order to receive assistance with this situation, please mouse over the "Help" tab on our website and select the “File Support Case” option. You do not need to be logged in to create a support case so you can contact us in this manner even though you are uncertain of the username and password associated with the account.

I anticipate that we will be able to help you remove the scrolling gallery from your listings but, based on what you have described, we will most likely need to take some steps to verify you are the rightful account owner before taking any action of this nature.
