If all 150 auctions are scheduled for 9pm, then our system will actually try to schedule them all at exactly 9pm.

We have multiple servers doing the actual scheduling call to eBay and they run multi-threaded, which means that simultaneous calls to eBay will be happening on each server.

Depending on how many total auctions from all of our users combined are scheduled for the exact same time, your auctions should all post within seconds of the schedule time.
