Scrolling Gallery

I listed items on ebay the last few days and the scrolling gallery shows that there are no thumbnails available, but they are in my ebay listing. I listed 17 items and 4 of them show thumbnails and the other 13 do not. Is there any help out there for this problem? It really makes the scrolling gallery look bad. . .
