Hi - not sure what problem could be unless it is browser issue or clearing cookies/cache. However if you put link to your store I will check in the 3 browsers I use and see if shows up on any of those.

I would also write to support and ask them. Hint ALWAYS clear cookies and cache before writing on this type problem AND let them know you have done that it may save you a step or two.
