Scrolling Gallery not showing

I am a new user to Aucitva and seem to be having the same problem as some other users - the scrolling gallery only shows on some listings. This is very frustrating and I have spent a lot of time trying to correct it. At the moment I feel I would be wasting my money if I re-registered once my free trial is over.
