Reply to "Scrolling gallery question?"

Hi Pastiton,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. Although we do not offer a feature exactly like the scrolling gallery that could be used to feature multiple images from a single listing, we offer several different image grouping options when using our templates which may appeal to you.

Once you have selected the template you would like to use from our listing creation page, you should be taken to a page called “Template Layout” which will allow you to customize some aspects of how the images are description are displayed within the template.

From there, you will find a variety of different image display options in the “Grouping” menu that you can choose from. Of the option that are available, the “Slide Show” grouping probably comes the closest to producing a similar effect to the scrolling gallery, but I recommend going through all of them and choosing the one you like the best.

That being said, I noticed you have a couple of custom templates saved within your account which are set up in such a manner that the options on the “Template Layout” page will not work. In order to be able to customize the layout from that page when using a custom template, you would need to use the [DESCRIPTION_AND_IMAGES] tag to indicate where your description and images will be placed when the template is used.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
