Scrolling not popping up

When I click on my scrolling gallery image it does not always pop up to the image I have clicked.

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.

I thought it always popped up to new item. I tried clicking bullseye on center, on sides and on title name.

Are others having this issue??
