Hi All,

I'd just like to confirm ... I just filed an unpaid item dispute. I'm a new seller to ebay, so I don't want to chance neg feedback, BUT I really want to leave neg feedback for the scammer buyer, as I believe others should be warned.

I've read ebays unpaid item dispute pages several times, and they are very vague about whether or not buyer "if found guilty" can still leave neg feedback.

I've also filed a request for clarification from ebay via email, and pretty much got back copied & pasted text that I have already read half dozen times ... and still did not answer my question.

So, the question is: After UID is filed, and buyer found "guilty"... If I leave neg feedback ... is the buyer able to do the same?
