Hi there bluekat88 after the unpaid item dispute is closed and the non-paying bidder has a strike placed against him he no longer has the ability to give you feedback as the sale never occurred in Ebays eyes. Also there is a way of filing a dispute and closing it that you can leave negative for the buyer and he cannot retaliate. That was in a recent post on here but I cannot remember exactly how to do it.Search through some posts and you may find it.
