Reply to "Sending an Active Listing over to Auction"

It's been a long time since I had non-Auctiva listings, but I think my original listings that were active on ebay were automatically "Imported" and ended up in the Imported Listings folder in the Saved Listings. If you check the drop-down list for folders to view, and it's not there, it may not have been imported (yet). If it's an active auction on ebay, check and see if it shows in the Active listings and says it's Imported. If so, I'd open a Support Request. I know Import works, but there may be some limitations or restrictions that are an issue, and support can take a look.
