Although I agree that eBay doesn't have the right to dictate how we run our businesses, I do agree that infalted shipping prices do need to be controlled. Consider the sellers who make all, or most, of their profits through shipping charges. They can list an item for $.99, charge exhorbitant shipping rates, and still make money and their $.99 listing strategy could give them a competitive edge over those of us who charge reasonable product and shipping charges. Shoppers who search by price will see those $.99 items at the top of their search lists every time, making the system unequitable for those of us charging a more reasonable price for their items.

It will be interesting to see just how eBay monitors this practice and the results thereof.
