Reply to "Sold iterms are not moving to closed."

This is not a solution, but a workaround and a waste of time for a paid service.

I understand your disappointment. AS informed in our earlier response, we subscribe to notifications from eBay to tell us when item ended/posted/sold and, when we get those, immediately the items should show as closed/ posted/sold in Auctiva right away.

However, sometimes it take a bit longer than expected. Hence, I have gone ahead and initiated the reconcile command to synchronize the status of your listings in your Auctiva account with eBay.

Please allow 4-6 hours for the process to complete. After this time frame, if you do not see the listings showing up in your Closed listings page, please let us know so that we can have a look into it.
