May I say how refreshing it is to see people saying nice things? After seeing all the sarcastic remarks aimed at people who questioned the rate increase when service hadn't improved, I decided to do what one loyal user suggested and just leave. Was over there today trying to delete some old images and went to the community board to find out why I couldn't. My goodness, people were being hateful. And thank you Auctiva for actually responding to questions and/or problems. Even when it's my fault I mess up I need to know what to do to fix it
