Lillianna,

I see that the eBay account you have associated with your Auctiva account currently has no auctions running.

Maybe that is the problem. Do you have more than 1 eBay account?

To make sure we have the correct one, please goto the "My Account" tab, hit the link for "Ebay Settings" and if the eBay account displayed is not the one you want, go ahead and use the "Get New Token" link on that page to generate a new token and make sure to use the correct eBay username.

Let me know how this goes.
