If you've come to the page that has "Upload to Listing" button and a column of blank Image File names, use the "Browse..." buttons to locate files on your local system to select and upload for display in the listing.

That is one method to upload. You can also go to the IMAGES tab and select "Upload Images". You'll have three selections: 1) Drag and Drop, 2) Java Uploader, 3) Basic HTML Uploader, with instructions for each.
