Yes, point taken. I apologise for the caps. I also apologise for my anger, but after days/weeks/hours & hours of trying to get things right in my auctions, my patience eventually dissolves and my posts are the result of blind frustration at the point of sending them. I will, in future, stop and have a break b4 sending queries in a fit of pique. I do have flash player though! Maybe I got this message because I had uploaded Moz/Firefox today, as auctiva recommends. It seems to have disabled things that were functioning before. I was eventually able to download flash again and can now view the store window. I am not highly computer literate and so it takes me longer to get to grips with some of these hitches. Once again, sorry for being so snappy and thank you for your patience, I do appreciate it.
