Hello COTM -

The variation generator contains the option to customize your variants. Once you open the variation window from the Add/Edit variations link on the lister page, there is a button in the upper right "Variation Generator" which you can use to create your own variations.

Should you encounter difficulty with this, please feel free to file a support case letting us know where you have encountered difficulty and we be happy to assist you further.
