We changed our street address to a PO Box. We got a letter to our old address notifying us of the change, and a letter to the new PO box with the same thing. My husband didnt have to show ID to do this, he just went in and signed the form and that was it. But, we are a small town and I guess maybe they knew him when he did it. Steph
