Steve, thats what I want to know. If it was a miscommunication with DCF, then I want this file expunged asap. If someone DID say it was us and the complaint came in against us, then thats where I will pursue legal action. If it was a misunderstanding or such, and our names were not given, then there is no reason for them to have a file. It stinks because I have to wait for the caseworker to return to get copies of the reports.
