X boxes in border showing on eBay but not Auctiva preview

Hi all! New to Auctiva AND HTML coding. I created a custom template from an Auctiva standard template and when I post to eBay, it shows the dreaded "X" boxes in the corner of the borders on the listing. The only change I made to the Auctiva template was insert the horizontal scroll store window at the bottom of the listing. I did not change one iota of coding except that, and I did that in design view just like the tutorial said. I've recreated the template several times from scratch and keep getting the same result. I've read through some of the boards and since I'm not that HTML conversant, I'm not sure if someone has had this same problem or not. HELP - this looks terrible on my listings. The item number I posted tonight is: 5643057467. Could one of you "gurus" help me before I go mad? Thanks ever so much!
