Customising templates: the editor window is too small!
Hi, I really love the templates -- there are so many to choose from! I customise them for my listings. I have a complaint here though: the editor window is far too small! The templates usually contain large graphics and tables and are certainly formatted for something bigger than a 300x300 box... Could we please have this box enlarged to at least the size we have it in the create listing page? That would be very helpful! Thanks!

Cut and Paste is Cutting UP! HELP!
Hi there. Old to ebay, newbie at Auctiva...though I love it. PROBLEM: I write my 'ads' in Word, and have a section for Payment, Shipping, Customer Service, etc. I paste the description first, then go back and copy and paste the other elements into my Auctiva ad. Then I Preview or go to Full Size Editor, and the ad is jumbled up everytime!!! The Description is correct, but after that the formating is wrong (everything bold or underlined or...) and the sentences are (seemingly) randomly placed...

Description Editior Problems
I mentioned on another thread that I think you may have compatibility issues with browsers other than IE. I've noticed that while using my SBC Browser and am in the description editor that every time I use the "S" and "G" keys, my browser thinks that this is a command prompt and tries to do ?. Continued use crashes my browser and I have to reload the blasted thing. Also, even though I turn off pop-up blocker, the pop-up windows seem to want to lock up as well. So far, these seem to go away...

Description Editor Problem. No Design Center. Can't Edit.
Been trying to list for 3 days, but am having trouble with the description editor. I click on Standard, which shows "null" and a blank page. Dynamic Updating Images/Policies?
Hello, all. In keeping with one of eBay's policies I need to update 70+ listings. My understanding is that once a listing is launched that eBay will use all of the images and policies at the original launch and never update new images or policies. Therefore, I would have to update each image or policy manually manually in eBay. My question is: is there a way to have the information stored in Auctiva to update the listing on eBay dynamically? eBay US sellers needed for our beta site
For those that don't know, we have a beta site right now for posting auctions to the UK eBay site. I'm looking for some eBay US users to use our beta site to post items to the US site. I gotta tell you, the listing editor is really a piece of @*#&! Is there anyone out in the world of Auctiva that can HONESTLY say they have absolutely NO problems using it whatsoever? Double spacing in listing
How do I indicate to the new editor that I would like single spaces between my sentences? It keeps double spacing and I don't know where to correct this. Better yet, where is the single/double/triple space button? I have spent more time trying to use this new editor than with all the listings I've ever made. Custom Image selected as Header Image does not show during Preview

Hi! When i create a listing, i want to have links to my shop, feedback etc... I see the little box with a picture of the earth and a link and its name is "creat link". If you are having problems with your descriptions not appearing in the new text editor, please try out beta site. I've made a few small but hopefully significant changes in how the editor works which might help you. Listing editor time frame
Mike, Could you tell us when the length of time for the new editor to load will be shortened? It used to take 4 seconds and now it takes 24 seconds (time from original load up including loading up the "Full Page Editor" before you can begin to use it. My computer hasn't changed since we got the new editor. It's still goes lickity split.

I am trying to list an item but I can't get the select an image box to open so that I can add image. It does nothing no matter how many times I click on it. Nice alternative image viewer/editor - FREE
Don't get me wrong - I love Irfanview , but some may be turned off by its relatively spartan interface. If you'd like something with a little more conventional and user-friendly interface, try this one here: FastStone Image Viewer It's got a whole slew of options to configure (if you're into configuring options), or it works just great with the default settings. Editing capability is not too shabby either.

Hello people. I used an HTML editor called evrsoft, it looked ok in the browser but when I cut and paste it in Auctiva's custom template editor. My Auctiva doesn't work anymore!!!
I have a shedload of problems with listing on Auctiva. Since their modifications I have had diffculty in using the Description Editor etc. At the moment I have to sign in manually because my log-in info is not remembered. Then the message 'Done with errors on page' appears bottom left. Is this really worth the hassle?
Over the past two weeks I have logged about a dozen requests to support for a variety of problems. None of which have been corrected or appropriately addressed. Just listing some auctions tonight. Jan 19th 7.25pm Eastern time. Everything was going fine, then it all went screwy. These features worked before,now they don't. Can any one tell me how to fix this problem. The spell check box comes up but I can't maximize it,so I'm unable to view/use it same with the special characters. if we're going to have this, may we have options other than "ignore all" or "replace all" and that? it'd be very helpful to be able to add words, for example. otherwise we may as well compose our copy in a text-editor and paste it.
