API Error when trying to list via Auctiva
I have been having a problem for a couple of days now when trying to list via Auctiva.I keep getting an API error saying that I cannot post until I sign Ebays International Seller Agreement. Apply domestic shipping rate table
Hi All, I charge a surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii and the Protectorates. When I use the EBay listing tool I check the box that says "Apply domestic shipping rate table", which pulls my preset surcharges in. I can't seem to figure out how to get the shipping tables to be recognized when using the Auctiva lister. can anyone tell me how to do this automatically? TIA Granny

Are 1 day relistings allowed?
When I try and use some of eBay's relisting tools, I see the shortest listing time they are allowing me is 3 days. But, I see Auctiva' auto-relisting tool allows me to specify a duration of 1 day for relistings. Does anyone know if Auctiva's software will be successful when attempting to relist my items for 1 day?

Are the protected images really that protected?
G'day. Before I begin, I'd just like to say that this post is strictly informative, and I'm not going to sit here and bash on you. I was buying some stuff on Ebay, and I bought an item in which the description's images were protected by auctiva.com. In that sense, I mean to say that when you right click on the image it pops up an alert box. I, as a professional web design specialist, noticed that this isn't exactly... up to par on current image protection methods. This is easy to get around.

Bulk edit variation quantity?
Is there a way to edit the quantities of a variation? For example, I will have 500 listings of my items that offer a color in Black and White. I'd like to be able to select all White variations and have them all be Qty 50. Then I'd like to be able to offer Qty 100 of all Black variations. With eBay's current bulk edit tool, I can only edit all at one time, or one at a time. I just signed up for a trial of Auctiva and can't seem to find a way to do this.

Bulk Editing and Find and Replace Error
Is anyone else experiencing getting an error message when using the bulk editing or find and replace tools. I have been trying unsuccessfully for 2 days to change the BIN price of my listings with the find and replace and even did the bulk editing tool with my 100 listings and get the same message: An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues. Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks.

For several months I have been unable to use the bulk editing tool for more than 50 items at a time. If I try to do 100 or more I always get a error message and it fails to edit the full amount. In the past I am sure I have edited 100 listing at a time with no problems. Anyone else having this problem?

Well...I was judicious and filled out my seller details pretty thoroughly way back when. Sadly, with all of eBay's changes, some of it has to be edited. Right now i am looking at having to edit 500+ listings one at a time (again, last time being the check and money order fiasco). PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE add a bulk relisting tool. I would like a whole list of items that have not sold in the past 60 days. I would like a check box next to each one. Bulk Revision of Active Listings
I have just completed modifying 300+ Active Listings with the Auctiva tool and thought it to be one of the most painful processes I have ever seen. I was using the Description modification tools to modify one word. In order to save time I used the 250 listing view. BIG MISTAKE. How can I list multiple auctions at one time?
Is it possible to create an entire auction and then when you publish it... you have the option to publish it several times? For instance, I may have 10 of the same item. I want to list that item in 10 different auctions. Instead of going back to the "Relist Similar Auction" tool 10 times in a row, I want to be able to say "publish this 10 times" click...boom...done... is this possible?

How Do I add a Counter?
I'm still a little new to Activa but so far everything has been going very smoothly. The only problem I'm having is I can't get a counter added to my listings. I thought the "sellathon counter" was what I wanted but nothing is showing up on my listings. So far the only way I can see the counter hits is either go into Auctiva or revise each Listing through Ebay. Is there a particular tool or button on the listing page that will include an automatic counter to each listing?

How to "embed" a video or audio file

ACTIVE CONTENT NOT REMOVED
Any listing I imported from Ebay pre-active content still contains active content that was put there by Auctiva. Their removal tool didn't touch any of these listings Shouldn't Auctiva remove this content since I didn't put it there to begin with? I am a full paying member and am completely frustrated trying to get hold of customer service live! Anyone else with the same issue?

adjusting stock levels of different size items within a listing
hi apologies if this is covered in the tutorials or elsewhere but I've just started using Auctiva as a stock management tool. I sell clothing so obviously need to keep a check on the stock levels of the different sizes within individual listings. had a quick look at my imported ebay listings and when you click 'adjust quantity' it gives the overall stock total of all 5 sizes & when I try to adjust that it gives an error message. is this functionality not something that Auctiva can offer?

Estimate eBay fees should estimate all fees
Am i just missing the option somewhere? It seems to me that the Estimate eBay fees button should estimate the FVF (for fixed listings) since it knows what category it is going to be listed in and therefore the percentage. Could anyone recommend a tool or web page that can do this quickly and accurately? Every time i sell something i have to throw up the calculator and see if it's even worth listing because of the outrageous fvf's in most categories.

Hi, Just needed to add my appreciation for the new Beta uploader. What a terrific tool. Thank you SO much! I just uploaded 215 photos at the rate of 2.7 seconds each - no problems at all! Everybody is "sitting" in my folder I created for newly uploaded images, and now I can watermark them all at once. What a fantastic time saver! File size, slooow load times and big drop in sales
I have noticed since using auctiva that my sales have fallen about 50%. My previous auction listing tool had an image compression feature, but of coarse it wasn't a free site like auctiva. I have figured out how to compress images before loading them using a program I got from cnet.com. Find And Replace deleted many of the spaces between words in my listing?
Last night I asked Auctiva Find And Replace to replace "14 day" in all of my listings with "30 day." Now all of my listings have spaces deleted between words throughout the listing. For example, "All items are housed" is changed to "All itemsarehoused" "DOA refunds are" is changed to "DOArefundsare" etc throughout each listing. Good News Regarding Auctiva Shipping Insurance
Hello Community, As most of you probably know, eBay announced that as of September 22, 2009 sellers will no longer be allowed to include shipping insurance on their listings as an option for buyers to purchase. However, eBay pointed out that it is sellers who are responsible for their items until the items are safely in their customers' hands. And they were very clear that insuring shipped items is an option that sellers still have, as items are subject to damage or loss during shipment.

Error message Can Not List or Schedule
I have just received another error message when trying to use the lister to schedule or post. Seems that the listing tool in auctiva will not find the catagory # for my item. I went to ebay and looked up the number and tried it that way, but it still gives me this error message when I try and schedule the listing. eBay listing failed to be scheduled for the following reason: The specified Category is invalid. Please choose a valid eBay USA category. The number is 52606 I don't understand.
