Changing the Category ID Wipes Out UPC's and Multi Variations Data
I just spent months updating all my listings with UPC’s. Just when I thought I was finally done, Ebay’s 2016 Spring Seller Update now requires me to change the Category ID for all my jewelry listings from Fashion Jewelry to Fine Jewelry effective immediately. My first question is whether there is a way to bulk edit all my multi variation jewelry listings to this new Category requirement in one step. I can't find mu "about me" info but it is showing up on every listing.

I'm a nervous customer
Hey all, I purchased a DVD set on Ebay and it was from an Auctiva member. So I get this message after I already send the payment from Ebay saying that I should stop payment, etc because the user has been suspended. I've been emailing back and forth with the "seller", and he/she says that they will send it as soon as the payment is received (I sent it overnight mail and it was delivered). Does this happen often? Should I be worried?

Insurance "Additional Charge Amount" question...
In the insurance preferences window it says "Additional Charge Amount". I'm assuming that we can charge over the $1.30 - is that correct? If so - and say a seller wishes to charge $2.00 total for insurance - do we input .70 in this field or the total amount of $2.00???

insurance claim help needed
My nasty customer wants a full reimbursement for 8 dinner plates + shipping cost because 1 broke in half. I sent the claim form and they said they never received it and want to report me as a fraudulent seller. The cost of one plate is $.81 of their total. How do I handle this? Import Listings from SSB, then Universally Change them in Auctiva
I currently have my Ebay store listings, along with the photos, hosted with Seller SourceBook. The listings use different templates with varying information for shipping, refunds, etc. I want to simplify in Auctiva to create a cohesive look using one template and all the same info for shipping, etc. After I import all my Ebay listings into Auctiva, can I change them universally? I have 100 listings, and changing them one at a time sounds like a time waster to me. Thanks!

Images not showing after posting auction listing
I've created an auction listing with 22 photos but once I post the listing, the photos do not show up. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong? From the create new listing page, I scroll down past the description section and find the "Auctiva Image Selection" section that shows 25 "Select Image" widget. I select all 22 individual images. Is anyone else having a NO sales week?
I've been selling on eBay F/T, for a LIVING for 13 years now. I have an eBay store with all KINDS of things...antiques, collectibles, toys, name it. 20 categories and I don't know how many sub-categories. Is it me..When I list my seller profile needs to be added each time?
I have my seller profile (about me/shipping/payment ect info) set up as a profile. So when I use an already created listing, made some minor changes to copy or pictures, I was assuming that all the other info followed. But it seems that it does not. I have had listings go to eBay and none of the profile info was included. So do I just have to double check each listing... or am I doing something really wrong. Is it possible to have relistings occur automatically?
I've got several hundred (and growing) books I'm wanting to sell on eBay, and the Auctiva system looks like it will be much more user-friendly and time-saving than listing directly with eBay. However, I noticed that even for "Buy It Now" items, they only remain listed for 10 days. Can items be automatically relisted? If not, how hard is it to relist them? I want to duplicate Seller Details more easily
I love using Seller Details profiles to control different payment, shipping, terms of sales, etc. for different categories of products in my store. How to Schedule more than 1?
