Confused about the store format? HELP
So maybe I am making this tougher than it needs to be but... what is an auctiva store? I know that all of my ebay auction items appear scrolling through viewed auctions and are called a store window. Confused about which items are relisted
I like relisting my items myself. However, I find it very difficult to figure out which ones are relisted and which need relisting. I have to have 2 windows open and go back and forth from ebay to auctiva. Some items I have relisted aren't showing up as relsited. There has got to be an easier way. I was putting my listings into 2 different folders, one sold and one relisted. That didn't help. Any suggestions? Maybe I am doing something wrong. Thanks in advance, yourfashionstation

Confused On HTML Window
This is my first time using Auctiva and I just tried my fist listing. In the box where you put the HTML, my images dont show up. But if I click on the "Preview" button, the images are there. Is this the way its supposed to be with the images not showing in the HTML box, or should I be able to see them there to?

I thought auctiva ebay and auctiva commerce had been segregated? Seems lately quite a few posts that appear to be for storefronts commerce going into the ebay questions or comments. Auctiva, are we unsegregated now??? (if that is a word). Just wondering???

Confused with New Scheduled Listing Time
Hi, Can anyone please put my mind at rest about the scheduler. It used to be automatically set at Pacific Time (ebay time) next to the schedule button. I live in New England (NH) I have always set my listings to launch at 7 pm (Ebay time) I get more sales from California. So I want my listing to start and finish at 7pm Ebay (CA) time. They are 3 hours behind me time wise. Now there are several scheduling time options, under Accounts ~ Settings. So I am totally confused which one to use.

Confusion re: How to list as Buy it Now without auction format?
Apologies if this is a dumb question, but I tried to list using BIN option for 1st time yesterday and it seems that in Auctiva you still have to have the auction start price format as well as the BIN price. I only want to display the BIN, not have bids as well. Is this not possible when listing via Auctiva? Any help in how to achieve this would be most appreciated, Thanks.

Connection Interrupred constantly
I am constantly getting connection interrupted while trying to get into Auctiva. Any one else having same problems? WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH AUCTIVA LATELY? SINCE THEY STARTED ECOMMERCE STORE, EVERYTHING HAS GONE DOWN THE TOILET. CONSTANT PROBLEMS OF ONE SORT OR ANOTHER. VERY DISCOURAGING TO SAY THE LEAST AND NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS.

Connection problem
I recently started using Auctiva for my ebay listings and had no problems getting my listings posted. However when I now access ebay , my internet connection is lost when I try to exit - this did not happen prior to Auctiva being used. To fix the problem I have to reboot my PC and also my wireless router. If there is no known answer to this, how do I unsubscribe from Auctiva so I am able to use ebay as normal.

Considering Auctiva - what are the archive capabilities?
Hi. In a nutshell: I need a tool that will allow me to archive eBay listings longer than the 90 days eBay allows. So, for example, I want to keep any unsold ugly holiday sweater listings available for easy re-listing next holiday season. Does Auctiva do this and what are the capabilities in terms of capacity (number of listings it will archive) and duration? Thanks.

Can someone please explain the whole Consignment option to me. I understand how you take something to a store and they sell it for you on consignment, but on here, are we the store selling for others or are they selling for us. Consignor Payout Report NOT working
The only reason I need Auctiva software is to keep track of consignors and to create accurate payout Reports in a timely manner. I reported a problem with Payout Report months ago and it is still not fixed. Auctiva does NOT follow my fee schedule and continues to add in eBay Listing fees which it should not do (I charge a flat % rate and do not add in any eBay fees). CONSTANT FREEZING! Selecting text color Inserting a Photo, Saving, Saving As NEW....
What's the problem? I'm selecting 5 words, hitting the change text color button, clicking the bottom button to get more creative colors & it completely freezes my screen! Constant 'LOG IN' required..........why???
Hi - over the past couple of days, when I am reviewing listings (for re-posting etc) and change pages within the 'Saved Listings' area, Auctive reverts to the 'Log-In' page instead of just changing, for example, from page 1 ot page 2 of my saved listings. Constant page Freezing
It seems I can not do anything on Auctiva today. I can't save, or do any clicking without freezing. Picking a category is not even do-able. Constant signing in!!
Hi! I have no real concerns with Auctive except for the constant signing in! Sometimes it times out in only 10 min or so. Very frustrating when all the work I've just done gets lost! Isn't there a way to have a universal session time? Not 2 hours one day & 10 minutes the next day. Never know when I'm about to get kicked out!! Or just plain unlimited sessions til one signs out would be even better. Lots of us spend hours at a time on this site.....

copy/paste with word
I saw from some other posts that some were using microsoft word to create their descriptions then copy/paste them into auctiva description. I thought I would give this a try, especially if I started creating description through auctiva and forgot to save and got logged out, my work would be lost. I have two Auctiva accounts and two different eBay selling accounts. I wonder if you could create a way to copy all of my "saved listings" and photos from one account to the second one. Copying templates to Turbolister or Frontpage
I have tried copying a simple template to Turbolister and Frontpage (through notepad first), but the images (such as rounded buttons including the word "description" do not transfer, I just get the red X. When I copy the source code from Auctiva I do not get a complete image URL, so I am guessing that is why. How do I get the complete image URL? Thanks.

Correcting, relisting, from "Auctiva Scheduled"
I have several items on my Auctiva Scheduled that did not list on eBay because of API errors. I can't figure out how to correct the errors and reschedule. CORRUPTION IN CONSIGNMENT STUMPS AUCTIVA ENGINEERS
I am told Auctiva has found corruption in the Payout Reports that duplicates the descriptions and zeros out the amounts in the reports. So we are supposed to give our consignors a report that looks like this? I have to fill in the zeros and write in the correct item description. It is amazing that their engineers are stumped by this but they acknowledge the problem exists.

I signed up for a Free Auctiva Month's trial. It looks like a lot of work to learn and put in place. I already have an established eBay store and adding Auctiva to my listings will be a big investment of time. Therefore it's only worthwhile doing this trial if I intend to commit to Auctiva afterwards. But I cannot find any details about what it will cost when it is no longer free. Could not re-list closed items due to import to eCrater?
My sister has not listed on eBay for awhile. She did have an account with eCrater as well, but it has been closed for a few months. She has kept her Auctiva account current. I have selected the Sellathon counter in my listing templates, and when I view my listings on eBay I do have numbers registering on the counters. However, I don't have numbers showing on my Auctiva Active Listings screen - only N/A. How do I get those hit numbers there? Thanks in advance - 2purrcats
