Re: Auto Relisting Not Working

auctivacraig ·
Hello Rockoman3803 - I've reviewed our support system and I believe I have found the difficulty. The only support case I was able to locate with your username associated with it was filed under our Auctiva Commerce product as opposed to the Auctiva product and it was filed during our recent upgrade to the support system. It looks like the ticket did not show appropriate for the support team when it was imported into the new system. For this, I apologize. I have reviewed the ticket you filed...

Im having a problem and sent a support ticket last week, No response, I've never needed support with Auctiva, I've relied on EBAY with this automatically relisting two items that are not for sale and not even in my possesion any longer. EACH had its own reason i needed to end. Going on since March 2018 or more. EBAY spent countless months back and forth letting me know they are working on it, finally they discovered its not on Ebays end its on Auctiva's end. I've actually sent two request...

Hello Rockoman3803 - I am uncertain if there was some difficulty on your end where you were unable to see my prior reply to your post, but as you have posted the identical post, I am providing the reply again. Craig, I thank you for the directions, so simple, so many many hours of wasted time for Ebay and myself. It never occured to me that it could be on the Auctiva end, and apparently never occured to Ebay because they took so much time with me. They would try and end it and we would watch it pop up again and again. 'I'd say, "Did ya See It, they would say "No" it looks like its gone........"Wait....it just showed up again, Let me try another way" I followed the instructions exactly as you gave...

Re: Auto Relisting Not Working

I am also having problems with auto relisting not working. I have several items as 7 day auctions with an auto relist profile. When the items end they do NOT relist and I have to manually go in and re-schedule the postings. Oddly enough I did have ONE item that did relist. I have checked my "Closed" folder and do not see any items there that end without selling. Furthermore, there are some recent sales that do not show up in the closed folder either. Any thoughts??

Hello Norcalseller53, I am sorry to hear that you have encountered difficulty with auto relists. At this time, I am not aware of any issues on our end that would prevent an Auto Relist profile from operating correctly at this time so it is unclear what may be occurring for you It sounds like it would be best for our agents to have a look in your account at the profile settings and at some of the listings that have had this issue so we can figure out what's going on. Please file a support...

Do I need to make any changes on Auctiva before I am switched over to Ebay Managed Payments?

bethofvt ·
I have looked everywhere and can not find a thing about the upcoming Ebay switch from Paypal to Managed Payements. Is there anything I need to do different in listing on Auctiva? I know my listings now show payments going to Paypal with my email address, will I be putting something different in that entry now?

auctivacraig ·
Hello Bethofvt, If you are enrolled in Managed Payments on eBay, you may need to generate a new token in your Auctiva account for it to register this correctly, so if you haven't already done so, please generate a new token once you are set up within eBay. After you have done this you will see a slight change to the listing creation page in your Auctiva account in the Checkout Options area of the lister. This area will show that you have managed payment enabled and when you open it there is...

Re: Add more eBay items to Amazon

Hello US Camera Pro - The Auto Lister does require valid UPCs in order to be able to provide suggestions for you and should run every other day for your account - so it should be providing suggestions for eligible items in that time frame automatically. There are no tools within your account where you could force that to run again. If you have items with appropriate UPCs for them where this has not occurred and they have been showing in your account for 48 hours or more, please feel free to...

Add more eBay items to Amazon

Hello, I have used the auto-lister and it found several items. I have many more items to import to amazon. Can this be done manually or is the only way to wait for the Auto-lister to find them? Thank you

auctivacraig ·
Hello again, it sounds like you are not fully enrolled in Managed Payments yet on the eBay side as there is definitely a change on the listing creation page of your Auctiva account after you are enrolled on eBay and have generated a new token. The listing creation page of your Auctiva account will appear differently in the Checkout Options area where it will show that Managed Payments has been enabled. When you expand that area of the lister you will see a checkbox (which is checked and...

Hello tomas - If you are not seeing a difference on the listing creation page that shows Managed Payments enabled in the Checkout Options area then it sounds like you still need to generate a new token in your account so that the Managed Payments data from eBay is reflected there. Note that this change will only show once you have generated a new token after you are fully enrolled in Managed Payments on eBay. To generate a new token after logging in to your Auctiva account, select 'eBay'...

I renewed my token and after waiting a couple of hours the Checkout area still offers only PayPal options; no Managed Payment checkbox. Tried to make a new Checkout Profile and that only offers PayPal also. My listings on Ebay all say "Accepted forms of payment shown at checkout" so Ebay is changing payment methods on their end. I would like to be able to show what payment options are available on my Activa listing to a potential buyer so they don't have to go to Ebay's checkout to see...

Same question. I was switched to Managed Payments yesterday and when I get to Checkout Options on Auctive I see the same PayPal info that has always been there; no Payment Managed by Ebay checkbox. Do I need to make changes to my checkout Profile?

Could not list an item on Ebay this morning; said to renew my token. So I re-renewed my token and everything seems to work correctly now. Guess it didn't take the first time??? Thanks for your help and explanations.

The multi-channel CSV Bulk Import tool is now available

Auctiva Natasha ·
Hi everyone! Great news... the CSV Bulk Import tool is now available in Auctiva Multi-Channel! With this new addition, you now have the power to create thousands of new product listings and activate them on multiple channels, such as eBay and Amazon, with a single file. We've designed the CSV Import template file to be simple and easy to fill out; rather than providing every single product detail, you only need to provide minimal product information, such as your SKUs, GTINs (like UPC, EAN...

Problems uploading a multi-listing to eBay

kernow1 ·
Hi all. I'm trying to do a multi-listing of watch parts where the MPN is linked to a photo and when that MPN is selected from the drop-down menu the appropriate photo is displayed in the gallery window. When I preview the listing in Auctiva everything works fine and tests as OK but when I upload to eBay only the header photo is displayed and there is no MPN shown in the drop-down menu. Does anyone have any ideas? Many thanks

Hi kernow1 - it is difficult to say what the issue may be without reviewing the listing, however, it may be the way you have the template configured or some other minor detail in the listing. If you are still having trouble, please feel free to contact our support team directly by filing a support case from under the Help tab of the site and let us know the title of a listing or two where you are running into this trouble and our agents will be happy to have a look and assist you. - Craig
