Choose Custom Item Specifics
Hi I still can't figure this out. I choose my category and then hit custom item specifics. All it gives me to fill out is Detail Name and Value. But through ebay such things come up as Product Type, Time Period, Material, Type etc. Each time do I need to imput this information myself? Also the first box is not allowing me to put used in the box, it is only letting me check new. Pelican

Clicking url links fail
Hey, i use the scrolling window on my website (www.withenterprise.net) but when i click the items in the scrolling window a popup appears with page cannot be displayed. In the url box this is the address: http://www.withenterprise.net/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250136577819 It looks like the box should only be used on ebay.co.uk but im sure you can put it on another website. Is there any way of getting the links to point to www.ebay.co.uk/ws/whateverhere?? thanks in advance.

Color Pallet is empty Can't change txt or bg colors
I'm hoping I can get some help. Searching has produced nothing. I have xp pro. Firefox and IE7. When I try to edit a standard supplied template and change bg or text colors, the pallet just show a bunch of empty boxes. I have no way of knowing what color I'm going to get or whether anything is checked because the checkmarks are not showing up either. I clicked one on a practice template and previewed it. Conflicts between eBay Custom Item Specifics and Variations
Hey fellow Auctiva users - has anyone seen this or does anyone have a fix for this? I've been creating listings using variations for multiple sizes of the same product for quite a while now with no problems; but not today. I'm trying to list a new blouse. Confused On HTML Window
This is my first time using Auctiva and I just tried my fist listing. In the box where you put the HTML, my images dont show up. But if I click on the "Preview" button, the images are there. Is this the way its supposed to be with the images not showing in the HTML box, or should I be able to see them there to?

CONSTANT FREEZING! Selecting text color Inserting a Photo, Saving, Saving As NEW....
What's the problem? I'm selecting 5 words, hitting the change text color button, clicking the bottom button to get more creative colors & it completely freezes my screen! copy and paste?
I am new to this site and the only problem I encounter is trying to copy from a word document and paste it into the description box when I am doing create a new listing? I have over 200 items already typed up and I am having to re-type everything. When I right click on the description box I do not get the menu with the copy option.

Counters NOT Viewable- Repeat Post Since No Answer
Please help- I posted this on 11/17 & there is NO response yet... My free trial to Sellathon expired & I listed new items on Ebay & the Sellathon counter is gone. When I click the Sellathon box, it takes me to Sellathon, which tells me I'm expired.... Don't I still have access to the counters? cannot seem to delete profiles
Is there a way to delete all of my profiles (master especially) and the imported auctions so that I can start it from scracth now that I seem to understand how it works? Every time I go into 1.) click Profiles tab 2.) click Manage profiles link 3.) check the box next to the master profile you want to delete. 4.) click the delete button. I am told that whatever choice it may be is used by the master profile and that I cannot delete it. UGH... =]

Is there a way of putting the listing in the "Select Recently Used Category" box into any order? It takes me longer to find a category I have previously used, than to click on the "Browse" button and start from scratch.

Categories change on their own
For quite some time now my categories will change when I click whithin inches of the dropdown. Such as editing the title and you move outside the title box and click so you can then page down. Also sometimes after doing an error check I have to click before paging down and categories change. I hate to have to start all over with Find Product. The solution of course is to click outside the body or use the side scroll bar. I often forget. Categories should not change unless we change them...

It would be nice to have the category # viewable next to each listing that is in the folders Saved Listings, Scheduled, Active, Closed. I schedule listings at least once a day. I sometimes schedule my saved listings under more than 1 category. When listing almost identical items under more than 1 category it becomes time consuming. changes in active listings
This is an old problem of mine. I follow all of the steps but when I click get HTML no box pops up (I allow pop ups from Auctiva)the only thing that happens is the page refreshes. Can't upload images thru Firefox July 4
Kept getting a long message box saying that either the image was too big (it wasn't), or that Auctiva was too busy so to try again later. Tried every 10 minutes for maybe an hour. Switched over to Internet Explorer, and it's working fine. Firefox still isn't. Auctiva -- having compatability problems with Java today?

Can't view seller details on Auctiva website
When trying to view my seller details to change them, all I am getting in the box that is supposed to have the text in it is a blank box. My text does not appear. This has been going on for over a week - previous to that week I was able to view my details but there always was a delay between when the page would load and my text to appear. When I check the box to enable ebay image scrolling, just the top box shows the image, and when I check on my listing in ebays active listings, i don't even see the front picture nor the scrolling images. What am I doing wrong? This has never happened to me before. Please help if you can.

Can Worldwide shipping be specified within CSV?
When creating a new listing manually, within your grouping called Shipping Tools, there's a sub-heading "Ship To Location". How do I flag that "Worldwide" box, within a CSV file? And then a bit further down, how do I flag "Do not exclude any shipping locations" ?

Cannot adjust inventory
On the inventory mangagement screen, I select the item I want to add inventory to & to the right of it, I select "adjust inventory" from the dropdown menu. Nothing happens. On the tutorial a pop up box appears to adjust the inventory. I don't get the pop up box. Just nothing happens. I have tried this on IE Explorer and Firefox. No luck. Am I the only one with this issue? I contacted support yesterday but no reply yet.

Cannot change image on Sell Similar or Relist on eBay
I am trying to Sell Similar items on eBay. In so doing, I am deleting the image, and replacing it by importing a new one from Auctiva - I copy the Auctiva link to the new image and paste this into the eBay import box. Click Import, and there is the new picture. BUT, when I post the revised listing, or go to Preview, the old image is reinserted to replace the new one.

Can't get HTML from Auctiva
I joined Auctiva today and am impressed. However, I want to update all my listings, and was told to get the HTML from my listings, then copy that into my current eBay listings. Seemed straightforward. The problem is, on every one of the listings, I just get a error that says 'Invalid characters were detected in your description, it may not post and/or display correctly on eBay', and then an empty pop-up box appears where I guess the HTML should be. Can't get the BULK EDIT to work
This is the first time I've attempted to use Bulk Edit. I cut and paste the exact text I wanted to replace, put the replaced text in the next box. It goes through all my listings and then says "0 errors found" and then skips all my listings and lists them all out. What am I doing wrong? Bobbi

Mike D or anybody ? I've tried Firefox 2, IE7 & Opera browsers. Your DESCRIPTION box is ghosted out. There are no "tools" at the top. Looks like a clickable HTML or FULL SIZE EDITOR link but when I click, my tab says: javascript:LISTERVoid() which means it's doing nothing. It is just me? Can't list - NO domestic shipping services offered !
At the top of all my listings when I go to Create Similar Listing today it says: Warning One or more of your shipping services may have been deprecated. Please verify your shipping section. Can't put price in???
Hey all - FInally starting to really move my auctions over here in hopes of loosing my other host for good, but I seem to be having a glitch. I have several very similar auctions, so I created one and am using it as a template for the others - all well and good, but for some reason it has the price box grayed out so I can't put it in there, and I know an auction won't launch without a price - nor would I want it to! Can't remove images from template

Can't seem to DELETE...

I have NO trouble listing items, but I DO have trouble DELETING listings that have sold. What am I doing wrong? Can't seem to get the shipping calculator right?
I may have an insurmountable problem using Auctiva? 1) I ship a good many things 1st class at a fixed rate for all US. 2) Then I also sell things that I ship (usps) & like to give the buyer a choice of using parcel post or priority (to be calculated using their zip after I post the weight & handling charge). 3) Then I also ship sometimes with a fixed rate flat rate priority box. Can I just get the HTML for the description?
I am cuttently trying to revise all the listings that i used SD to list because of their image problems. What I am doing is removing the SD code and adding auctiva's code. Can I list the emails Auctiva sent out on my behalf?
I am quite new - still on my first 30 days and trying to get everything set up and working as I like. I noticed the green hint about all emails I elect to CC (carbon copy) to myself will go to the email address I was entering. So where do I elect to have them CC'd to me? Can I track the cost of my shipping supplies?
Is there a way to put all the different size boxes I use to ship with, into inventory, and then assign a box to an item I sell, and then have Auctiva let me know when my inventory is getting low? Also, if I use 30 cents of bubble wrap to ship a Grey Widget, is there a report I can run that'll tell me the cost of bubble wrap and boxes for a particular month?

Can not put in dimensions of shipping boxes once again!
I had this problem once before a long time ago. When I'm selecting the shipping option Profiles that I have set up 10 years ago, it will not permit me to put my box dimensions into the size request boxes that Auctiva has provided upon listing. It did this same thing to me about 9 months ago and then all of a sudden it worked again. This is now happening again. Grrr. I have made no changes to my profiles so it can't be from my end of things. Anyone else having the same problem?

Can Not Turn Scrolling Gallery Off For Some Listings
Since the scrolling gallery slows the page load to a crawl, if I have an item that I think stands on it's own (no other like items) I turn off the scrolling gallery on the listing page. When looking at that item on eBay after listed the scrolling gallery is still present. Why can I not turn off the scrolling gallery on individual items? Why is the check box there if it does not function? Anybody else notice this?

Can someone tell me exactly what this means
There is check box that you can check-uncheck when you choose your template. Does this mean that the name you have tagged the photo will actually show up under it in the actual listing?? Or am I missing something?? ********************here is what it says: "Show Description Image" * When this option is checked, the graphic image designed for this template for "Description" section will display in your listing. Calculated Shipping question
Hello, Still a newbie I have noticed with calculated shipping that I am not being asked to enter the dimensions of the box. Isn't that required now for the new zone shipping costs with USPS????? I am in Maine, shipping to zone 5-8 is expensive now. HELP PLEASE
