Hi, I'm wondering if Auctiva Mike can help me with this. I have written to support twice and even paid to speak with someone and though I believe they are trying to be helpful, I am getting conflicting information. Inventory Control!
I sell all kinds of items and I LOVE Auctiva because I can take a ton of pictures to put on the listing. My problem now is with volume. I have a system down pat! Once I take a picture of the item, and wrote the description I pack it up in the box for shipping and give it a unique 3 digit ID number. Inventory not replacing items back into inventory when not sold.
When an item is listed my inventory reduces by one. If the item does not sell inventory then places it back into stock. This is how it has worked for as long as I have been using inventory. However, I have noticed a trend over the last 30 days or so. The inventory is not replenishing when the item doesn't sell. So I am showing '0' inventory on items so I don't relist. Come on Guys, the images go out daily without fail! The only difference is some days are better than others but make no mistake about it, Images go down daily like clock work. Imported items, but did not get pictures
I am new at Auctiva. Been using Turbo Lister. Was told to try this service, but I am running out of time to spend on this. I dont have time to re-write all of my listings, but... I Figured out how to view some of my closed listings, and imported them. Importing Re-Listed Auctions, made directly in eBay, to Auctiva?
Since it was much easier for me, I re-listed a bunch of closed auctions directly through eBay's "re-list" tool and not Auctiva. Although, the listings were originally created through Auctiva. Does Auctiva automatically import those listings to the site or is there something that I have to do first? I haven't seen my listings show up in Auctiva or my Store Window, as of yet. I've been on Auctiva for about a week now and only a small portion of my store listings seem to have been imported. Most of my store items are duplicates of my auction items. (I sell textbooks and people can do a BIN for a book in my store instead of having to wait for the auction to close.) IMAGE PROTECTION not working at all. Help!
I don't see any messages regarding image protection. I sell my art - PLEASE - WHAT IS THE HTML FOR PROTECTING AN IMAGE (TURNING OF RIGHT CLICK FOR THEIMAGE)??? I have been uploading my photos (800 x 600 pixels) as jpeg compressed with quality 12 (maximum). The file size is typically 150 KB. When I look at the image in Auctiva, the file size is typically 35 KB. So presumably Auctiva opens the jpeg and saves again at quality 5 (medium)? If that's the case, I might as well upload jpegs at quality 5 (medium) to start with? Have I understood this right? Image uploaded rotated to the side in error
This is the first time encountering this problem. I just uploaded pictures to my Auctiva listing & one of the pics showed rotated to one side. My original picture was not rotated so I didn't have to edit it to correct. Once loaded, I used your 'edit' tool to correct the rotation. I saved it but it won't show up as corrected in my listing. What is wrong? I can't afford these little hiccups today! Trying to list as many as possible for Ebay's promo that ends tomorrow. Please FIX ASAP!

Images missing from one image folder and from associated listings

Inventory with Unpaid Item...Help
Hello all, i have a quick question. I know inventory removes an item once it is listed and puts it back if it doesn't sell, however what happens if the item sold and is not paid for and you go through the NPB process? Is there a way on Auctiva to set up shipping costs on the invoice to be full price for first auction and a set amount for other auctions won by the same buyer? I've been selling on eBay F/T, for a LIVING for 13 years now. I have an eBay store with all KINDS of things...antiques, collectibles, toys, name it. 20 categories and I don't know how many sub-categories. Is anyone else noticing auto-reposts, when there shouldn't be?
Starting yesterday, I noticed that Auctiva is auto reposting items, after they are sold. I have an item, with quantity 1. If I don't sell it, then I want Auctiva to repost it, and lower the starting price by 10%. Well, someone grabbed it at the Buy It Now price. Auctiva auto-reposted it ANYWAY !! Can someone confirm this for me? If I have 3 variations, Red, Green, Blue, and I sell out of Green, can I remove the Green variation? Or change it from reading "Green" to "Yellow". I have a basic eBay shop that costs me £6 a month, but as you all know, in order to sell anything in it I have to pay the higher fee for listing items outside of the shop to draw in customers.
