If you are trying to edit and relist an item from the Closed Listings page that was previously listed or relisted on eBay then unfortunately the 'Edit and Relist' button will be greyed out. If you did create this listing using Auctiva you should be able to find it within your Saved Listings page and you can edit and post it from there. Hello again TreasureHotel, You can import multiple listings at a time via the Closed Listings page. You just have to click on the checkbox next to the thumbnail image and click on Import towards the top left of the page. Again, please advise we can only import listings that have not been deleted on eBay's end. Listings that are imported can be edited in bulk using the Advanced Edit tool on the Saved Listings page. Hi, everyone. I'm just wading into the Auctiva program and can't seem to start with a simple relist of a closed item on eBay. My closed "unsold" listings are showing up in Auctiva, but the edit button to the far right is grayed out. How do I edit this listing (to add Auctiva profile, change price, etc.)?

Hi all. I'm trying to do a multi-listing of watch parts where the MPN is linked to a photo and when that MPN is selected from the drop-down menu the appropriate photo is displayed in the gallery window. When I preview the listing in Auctiva everything works fine and tests as OK but when I upload to eBay only the header photo is displayed and there is no MPN shown in the drop-down menu. Does anyone have any ideas? Many thanks

Anybody else having issues with photos appearing in your Auctiva listings but not uploading to the eBay listing? I’m very frustrated right now and can’t figure out how to fix this. I’ve regenerated my token, ended the listings, reuploaded images to Auctiva and tried resisting all to no avail. Any suggestions?!

Can anyone answer this please? The hit counter on eBay differs from the Hit Counter here on Auctiva. Why are they different? Does Auctiva count views: by me? Unique Views? (and does this include my own?) Or all views regardless? Thanks for any help. Cheers Beachcomber

Hello Beachcomber4670, The eBay counter and the Auctiva counter operate differently. The Auctiva counter will count all views to the page, including your own. - Craig

You can disable them by visiting the business policies page on eBay. Then, log back into Auctiva and click on “Update eBay Preferences” on your account page . This will then update your account to no longer use the Business Policies. I've done this, but my eBay Business Policies are not syncing to Auctiva.
