hi y'all, i want to change my #1 and #2 photos as i relist an listing. it seems as though as must remove all 24 photos to do so and repopulate the entire photo order to accomplish this. is there no way to insert a photo into a specific spot in my list or change the order without removing all or most of the following photos? queasy

Hello queasylistening, If your listing has a corresponding Saved Listing, you will have the option to Edit and Relist from the closed listings page of your account. The image selection section of the listing creation page is current set in such a way that if you remove the Header/Gallery images from their locations, the system automatically moves the next image in line (generally the #2 image) into that location, and will proceed through the list of already selected images. items relisted from ebay allso have no picture , ebay problem maybe

Also having trouble with images not posting to Ebay on the gallery! The fix tool on Ebay doesn't help! Anyone have another solution! All my listings both relists and new listings have no gallery pics. Auctiva says they have no knowledge of a problem and Ebay doesn't either. When someone figures it out please post the fix. I have over 50 listings posted without pics and will have at least another 20 by Monday. Thanks,!

I have the same issue listed few items on Friday - no gallery pics, tried today still the same. Same problem occurs with items that were listed correctly on eBay but were ended and relisted. Everything I listed after 5 pm on Friday is missing pictures. It appears to be Auctiva issue because when I delete pics and upload via EBay, it works fine. I do not have time to do that for dozens of listings

Same here all my listings do put the ebay gallery picture, I have to manually revise each ebay listing to remove, and then add the pictures, then the gallery picture is there, this is such a pain!

Anybody else having issues with photos appearing in your Auctiva listings but not uploading to the eBay listing? I’m very frustrated right now and can’t figure out how to fix this. I’ve regenerated my token, ended the listings, reuploaded images to Auctiva and tried resisting all to no avail. Any suggestions?!
