CONSTANT FREEZING! Selecting text color Inserting a Photo, Saving, Saving As NEW....
What's the problem? I'm selecting 5 words, hitting the change text color button, clicking the bottom button to get more creative colors & it completely freezes my screen! Constant Lack Of Response From Auctiva
I have been using Auctiva since around 2010. I can't believe how terrible the service has become. If I need to resolve an issue, forget trying to contact Auctiva! Constant 'LOG IN' required..........why???
Hi - over the past couple of days, when I am reviewing listings (for re-posting etc) and change pages within the 'Saved Listings' area, Auctive reverts to the 'Log-In' page instead of just changing, for example, from page 1 ot page 2 of my saved listings. This is very frustrating, especially when I keep being taken back to Page 1 all the time. Driving me nutty. Constant page Freezing
It seems I can not do anything on Auctiva today. I can't save, or do any clicking without freezing. Picking a category is not even do-able. I wanted to phone chat the problem ,but my plan @$9.99 a month does not allow me this , so I clicked my only other option Help Request "file a support case" , but Ironically I can not get that page to open . Hi Auctiva guys & gals! OK you've seen this post a million times, we all have. My suggestion....SOMEHOW let the user stay signed in until they sign out! This site has been a real blessing for me, but when I lose all my work it's a real...well, something else! I'd like to add a link to my Auctiva Store to allow members to Contact Me via eBay's contact member form (I don't want to give out my personal e-mail address), this way members can contact me via eBay and it will mask my e-mail address. I can't bring up and active support requests to see what is happening or if Auctiva even received them. Just hangs and does nothing else. Any one else having this problem? If any one from Auctiva is on the boards, maybe they could reply. Thank you

copy/paste with word
I saw from some other posts that some were using microsoft word to create their descriptions then copy/paste them into auctiva description. I thought I would give this a try, especially if I started creating description through auctiva and forgot to save and got logged out, my work would be lost. I copy through MW and then use the Paste from Word feature at top where tool bar icons are. Everything copies over but in gray print. What happens to any color I used in MW. Copy saved listings from one Auctiva account to second account
I have two Auctiva accounts and two different eBay selling accounts. I wonder if you could create a way to copy all of my "saved listings" and photos from one account to the second one. I sell graded coins and sometimes I have 20 or more of the same type of coins. I would like to be able to post some of them on each eBay site. Copying templates to Turbolister or Frontpage
I have tried copying a simple template to Turbolister and Frontpage (through notepad first), but the images (such as rounded buttons including the word "description" do not transfer, I just get the red X. When I copy the source code from Auctiva I do not get a complete image URL, so I am guessing that is why. How do I get the complete image URL? Thanks.

Correcting, relisting, from "Auctiva Scheduled"
I have several items on my Auctiva Scheduled that did not list on eBay because of API errors. I can't figure out how to correct the errors and reschedule. Everything I click on takes me to rescheduling but I can't correct anything so the listing will not run. Couldn't find any help in the tutorials. Help.

CORRUPTION IN CONSIGNMENT STUMPS AUCTIVA ENGINEERS
I am told Auctiva has found corruption in the Payout Reports that duplicates the descriptions and zeros out the amounts in the reports. So we are supposed to give our consignors a report that looks like this? I have to fill in the zeros and write in the correct item description. It is amazing that their engineers are stumped by this but they acknowledge the problem exists.

I signed up for a Free Auctiva Month's trial. It looks like a lot of work to learn and put in place. I already have an established eBay store and adding Auctiva to my listings will be a big investment of time. Therefore it's only worthwhile doing this trial if I intend to commit to Auctiva afterwards. But I cannot find any details about what it will cost when it is no longer free. Can somebody spill the beans please?

Could not re-list closed items due to import to eCrater?
My sister has not listed on eBay for awhile. She did have an account with eCrater as well, but it has been closed for a few months. She has kept her Auctiva account current. She decided to use the 100 free eBay listings she spent hours re-listing closed items through Auctiva, they didn't show up at all on eBay. When I select my images they always appear at the very bottom of the page. I would like them to appear at the top, right about Description, side by side. I have selected the Sellathon counter in my listing templates, and when I view my listings on eBay I do have numbers registering on the counters. However, I don't have numbers showing on my Auctiva Active Listings screen - only N/A. How do I get those hit numbers there? Thanks in advance - 2purrcats

Hi, I was wondering if there was a possibility of adding a counter to the script of the Auctiva Storefront templates. Counter for eBay Store Listings Please
I started using Ruby Lane counters when Auctiva's were disabled. They are now discontinuing the reporting soon so I came back. THE NEW (to me) AUCTIVA COUNTERS ROCK!!! I love that it shows how many are watching. How cool is that? I would love to have the Auctiva counters in my store items too. I contacted support and was advised to post here to see if anyone else is interested. THANKS! Kim

Over the weekend we experienced slow pic loading and that is if you were lucky,,most could not be seen at all. Now yesterday and today, the counter for visitors is not working,so you have no idea how many times your sales have been hit. Every day it must be something new. I have checked other ppl's sales that use Auctiva..none of us have the counter.

I long ago discovered that Andale counters aren't always dependable and that refreshing the page will help in giving you a more accurate count. However, I've noticed that if I refresh my auction page, Auctiva counter will add one to the count. This tells me that it isn't recognizing unique visitors and is counting my visit to my own auctions. Any possibility in correcting this?

If I list with Auctiva and I elect not to choose the Sellathon counter, will I have any counter in my eBay auctions (meaning will I at least get the free eBay counter)? I just posted my first Auctiva auction few hours ago: I DO NOT like that "CLick here to see my other items, ranked my popularity" Has anyone checked out Sellathon and View Tracker websites lately-dates going back to 2004-2005, so outdated doesn't inspire signing on, for sure. I notified Auctiva about the "hits" showing n/a on auctions when I had 3 people watching and was told that the problems with the counters would be fixed by Sept. 24th - it is now the 29th and still having problems. When will this be fixed? I rely on the numbers of people looking at an item to make a decision to relist. thank you.

How come the counters don't work for us in the UK? I have 'Counters - Hidden' selected in Account Preferences and either 'Sellathon Counters' or 'Hidden Sellathon Counters' selected in the lister. No combination of these settings will produce a working counter. I have to then go into eBay and edit each listing in turn in order to have a visitor counter. Am I doing something wrong, or is this some kind of Auctiva 'Feature'?

Okay, I see that you have the option to add a sellathon counter, but what about the ebay counter. I don't want a sellathon counter on all my listings as most are store items and not auctions. Anyone know if you can do this through auctiva? It would surely be a HUGE pain in the you know where if I had to enter all listings manually to add a counter. Just doesn't make sense to me. Counters not showing up
About 1/3 of the listings I posted tonight that were supposed to have Sellathon Counter attached are showing up with one. It is totally random which one do and which ones don't. Anyone else noticing this. LAst time it happened Auctiva told me to contact Sellathon, an Auctiva owned company, and Sellathon told me to contact Auctiva as it was acode problem.

Please help- I posted this on 11/17 & there is NO response yet... My free trial to Sellathon expired & I listed new items on Ebay & the Sellathon counter is gone. When I click the Sellathon box, it takes me to Sellathon, which tells me I'm expired.... Don't I still have access to the counters? Hello all, I came across the site through google, and had a quick read and signed up... I lve in germany and of course my eBay account is also German... So its a yes or No... Q. does this site work with folk in Europe as under the Listing Menu ( ebay site ) United States is greyed out... Yes I just crashed, I finally got some time away from the family, got 1 listing done for 10 cent day and crash. I have tried at various intervals for two weeks, using three different browsers, IE, Netscape, and Firefox. All I can ever get is the page cannot be found, it times out, and I try again a bit later. Cannot revise ebay listing after posted via Auctiva
Hi , my fist time of posting so “Top of the morning to ya all” I am relatively new to Auctiva although a long time user on ebay. Having been impressed with the scrolling Auctiva Showcase I posted my first listing on ebay via Auctiva and now cannot revise that listing. I have several listing currently on ebay which I listed via ebay and can revise all of them with no problem. When I attempt to revise the listing that I posted via Auctiva I get the following error message:-...
