You can disable them by visiting the business policies page on eBay. Then, log back into Auctiva and click on “Update eBay Preferences” on your account page . This will then update your account to no longer use the Business Policies. I've done this, but my eBay Business Policies are not syncing to Auctiva.

Hello Efen, We do not offer a service to backup your listing data. While you can export some information using the CSV Reports option from the Sales menu of your account, the only other method you could use is to manually copy your data and save it on your system. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any software available that would do this or make backups for you. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. - Craig
