I keep getting this error and can not list any saved listings.. eBay security policy only allows HTTPS resources in listings, not HTTP. Please update or remove any HTTP resources. I thought Auctiva had this solved. Any help would be greatly appreciated..thnx

My Scrolling Bar Has not worked since I signed up with a new name

I keep trying to send messages , Open a case, but when I submit, there is a "Unknown Error" mesage and the case does not go through. It seems like there is No One Home here at Auctiva. Anyone know of a different form of wisting that has cross selling or a scrolling bar, I think the employee's have "Jumped"a Sinking Ship. I was realy hoping to be able to list through Auctivia, opeming a store, but if I can get a response on something as simple as the Scrolling Gallery then what good is it to...

Hello Arrowheaddealer - I am sorry to hear that you are encountering difficulty with some of your listings. As a result of some of the changes that eBay has made in the last year or so, it is no longer acceptable to have insecure content posting to eBay. All of our resources are now compliant with this, but if you are using previously saved listings there may be content added directly to the listing description, or in many cases a Seller Details profile where an insecure URL exists that our...

Hello Bayman49 - We have a process that runs for all active accounts on paid plans that resolves this issue for already active listings and a tool that will help remove active content from saved listings, but it seems like we'd want a look at the affected listings to see what's going on for you. it sounds like you may have an old template or an insecure element in a Saved Listing - this can occur if you have older images embedded in listings or a seller details profile that use links from...

Hello Jenuine-Motor, There is currently a known issue with the support form where it intermittently fails to send your support request and returns the message "Unknown Form". Our engineers are aware of this and are seeking a solution. The reports we have received thus far indicate that this primarily occurs when using the Safari browser, but we have had reports in various browsers. For this, I suggest that you first try clearing the cache of the browser you are using prior to trying again.

Thank you Craig I do not use Safari I use Google Chrome I actually have three or four listings on at the time presently not just one. And the scrolling gallery has been an ongoing problem since the day I started using it again. I was hoping to be able to move away from eBay completely unless completely through your but I was planning on getting as a store Front. So I'm not using Safari I have more than one listing three I believe so I don't know what to tell you thank you for your help have...

One more thing, other than not using Safari and using Chrome cleaning out my cash, and generating a token I have done but I do not use Safari. Hello again, I have located your Auctiva account and while it does appear to have a valid token from within the account, I find that there are token related errors when various of our services attempt to run for your account. The account behaves as though the token is not valid and as such the service is unable to import the rest of your Active Listings and add the gallery to them. For this, I can only suggest that you try generating a token again and ensuring that you receive a success...

Hello Jim, Thanks for that. A bit more investigation revealed a difficulty with the notifications we get from eBay relating to your account. I was able to resolve that and the active listings have imported into your account correctly. I then found an issue with the code for the scrolling gallery in your listings and ran the commands from our end to remove and replace that code. There are now several listings showing in your Auctiva account and the scrolling gallery is displaying on these...

So I ran my listing using auctivas error check.. Said it passed yet it still wont list.. funny though as I am able to get some of my listings to post and some won't? Definitely an auctiva glitch!!

I too have this issue and form some reason I cant get the support request to go thru. I continue to get this message: We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with the support site when this form is used, primarily with Safari, but it may occur with other browsers. Constant Time Outs and Error Messages

I'm getting constant error messages in red boxes when trying to view Images-->Manage. Had them intermitently for a couple of weeks now but the last two days I've had virtually nothing but the error message and been unable to view the page. I've tried filling a support case and used online chat support yesterday which seemed to fix the issue for a couple of hours but I've been unable to use the page all day today. I've tried clearing cache and I've tried Opera, Firefox and Edge and neither...

Hello Barrie - Apologies for the delayed response. There was an issue yesterday that came up regarding the Image Management area of accounts which was widespread. Our engineers were able to resolve the issue yesterday afternoon and that area of accounts is operating normally again.
