I Can't Get Colors
Hi, I'm new to Auctiva and I think I'm really going to like it but I'm having a problem with the item description editor. I am unable to get the color tables to appear and have been unable to solve the problem. I use mostly firefox as my browser but I can use internet explorer as well. I have the same problem with either browser. Has anyone experienced this problem and if so, what did you do to solve it? I can't open my saved listings. Also last nite, I couldn't add ounces to weight calc.
A new problem today for me. Besides not being able to add any ounces to the calculated weight shipping charge section last night, I now can't get into any of my saved listings. The saved listing page comes up with my list but when I try to click on a listing, I get an error page. Also, I am not able to create a listing..it comes up with the same error page. Is it just me or it anyone else experiencing this??

I can't use the AUCTIVA photo uploader any more
Somebody please help me. This morning I was able to use the AUCTIVA UPLOADER to upload my photos. Now, this evening when I tried to use the Auctiva uploader, I got an error message that I needed to install an Active X component. I couldn't find where to install the Active X component so I clicked on the troubleshooting link and it recommended that I download the new version of Internet Explorer, so I downloaded the new IE. I cant list period
Finally I take pictures to list my items and then poof... I go the whole thing when I hit post I get an error message and all is lost! I was successful 4 out of 8 times now I am getting a bit upset Anyone else haveing this problem?

i keep getting script runtime error on my ebay listings ask if you want to contiune
hello and thank you in advance I am using the scrolling gallery and i noticed that some listing had it and some did not. So i copy and pasted the script in my listing using black thorn pro. I believe i did it correctly but my listing take a long time to load and sometimes it comes up in the browser as a scripting error is there a solution best regard khalid

What's the best way to offer shipping insurance through auctiva? I tried pre-paying my account with a deposit but kept getting an error message that read authorize.net failed. Hello all. It has been a long time since I have used Auctiva, and as a result of that, I could not remember my old username, so I created a new account. As a result of this, I keep getting this error: An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts? Invalid Listing Category?
I keep getting an error message on my create listing page saying "First category in your Listing is invalid. Most likely because eBay has deprecated it. Please select another category, to avoid problems posting your listing." When I go to eBay and investigate I see that it is a perfectly valid category to list under, so why am I getting this error message on Auctiva? Any help would be wonderful. Thanks.

"Invalid Unit Price" Error Message
When I am trying to save my inventory item I get an "Invalid Unit Price" error message. My unit price is $84.00. I have tried entering 84.00, 84, $84.00 and even just 8.00 or 8, but nothing works. No matter what I enter I get this error message. I am using Firefox 3.0.1 to enter the data. I have also tried entering the data using Internet Explorer as well and get the same error message. Invalid ZIP Code?? I know my zip code! Can't list due to this error!
First I lost an hour this morning due to site down, now I've lost 45 minutes trying to list/save my FIRST item. My ZIP is in there (16001). I run error check and it tells me to enter a valid zip. I do. I save it. It removes it again! (OR it's in there correctly and it tells me it's invalid). I KNOW MY CORRECT ZIP and it's in the correct field. LOOKS LIKE AUCTIVA'S "maintenance" screwed things up again!

Inventory Issues Qty
I recently moved back to Auctiva. I added inventory items and I'm now trying to add inventory information to my active and closed listings. I have only uploaded one test item to ebay and I got an error message that said something about the listing being below some inventory number. The item was already on Ebay already so I was really trying to just make sure that the item was now an inventory item and not just an ordinary Ebay item. Images not working in Nero
A really strange thing has happened. I was altering some images ready to load up into Auctiva and then all of a sudden NERO stopped allowing them to display. I tried Paintshop Pro and some that NERO rejects it views and some it doesn't. But Nero won't view anything. I thought I must have changed the attributes somehow in File Manager, but I have checked antd they are not READ ONLY. Just in case I APPLIED a re-set of the whole directory to allow READ .. no different .... Has anybody seen this...

i've never had a problem with pics not uploading until today. now when i try to upload using the auctiva uploader, the one thats supposed to resize for you isn't resizing. i get an error message: "you can not upload files larger than 3.5 mb. Images larger than 3.5 mb have "not" been added." if the 3.5 mb image has NOT been added, then why won't it let me upload? it won't even let me add it to the que to be loaded. i tried it the other way and load them individually but then it just fails. ...

I have been trying to reschedule all my auctions due to list today (well, yesterday) and if I use the small "edit" link next to the original time...no matter what I put in for the time to schedule, as soon as I click "schedule" it will post the auction to ebay. Hello there I have been with Auctiva for some time now... I am usually able to get my answers from other people asking questions but this time I am stumped... IMAGE ERROR MESSAGE WHEN LISTING
This is the error message we are getting. "There is an image in your description that is located on your computer. To avoid this, insert all images using the image button of the description editor." Anybody else getting this message. We filed a support case awhile ago- haven't heard back yet.

I've been using auctiva for a few years... and this week I have been having an ebay frenzy, selling loads of stuff. But last night and today I am finding that my images wont load up. Is there a limit? Or are there some aucvtiva image hosting problems?... I can't figure it. I have been trying all morning and it's driving me mad. h lp!!
