I took a look at the screenshot's you've provided here and it looks like you've tried to use the product catalog for an item you are wanting to post to two categories and have the product set up for both of the categories - but without seeing the listing it is difficult to say. Please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site after you have saved the listing you have been working on and let us know the details of the issue as well as the title of the listing and we'll be happy to take a look into it and assist you.
